Brisk trades due to a strong upper and sfc high to the north of
the area will slowly subside as the high moves northeastward over
the next several days. A weakness aloft will pass westward through
the region during the middle of the week but with little affects.
Precipitable water and mid-level relative humidity values should
remain below average as deeper tropical moisture is confined to
the ITCZ and also along 30N around the upper high. This supports
only generally light windward and mauka showers with some leeward
spillover during the next few days. Ensembles start to show an
increase in moisture by the end of the period or into the
following Monday.
