Latest guidance is fairly well clustered and offers at or above
normal predictability for the upcoming week. It remains the case
that an inverted upper trough will slide slowly westward over the
islands over the next couple of days. Weakened trades should still
provide tropical mositure and the potential for some enhanced
shower activity.

High pressure building to the north of the state will favor
increasing trade flow by Tuesday that should hold throughout the
rest of the week. This pattern though will offer decreasing
moisture with limited rainfall mainly confined to windward terrain
under mean ridging aloft.
