Quiet pattern for the Aloha state with strong high pressure near
40N that will sink southward to about 31-32N next week, supporting
brisk trades Sun-Thu. With precipitable water values near or above
average, windward and some leeward showers are expected through
the week but will be on the light side with modest instability.
Later in the week, an upper low is forecast to move eastward over
the region which may act to enhance some shower activity per a
strong model/ensemble consensus.
