A couple of cold fronts will approach and pass north of the
Hawai'ian Islands, however high pressure will keep mostly dry
conditions over region for the remainder of week. Fluctuations in
wind speed and direction can be expected with each frontal
boundary along with an increased chance for showers. The eastern
side of the Big Island and Maui may see upslope enhancement of
rainfall today and Thursday as tradewinds of 15 to 25 kts brings
precipitable water values near/above 1.25 inches onshore.
