High pressure bridging to the north of the state will act to
reinforce trades into the weekend. A favored composite of
reasonably compatable model and ensemble guidance maintains breezy
trades with limited windward/mountain focusing showers with
reduced moisture availability. Amplified mid-upper trough passage
to the north of the islands and frontal approach from the
northwest by early next week would act to disrupt trades in a
developing pattern with gradually returning moisture and shower
potential into next midweek.
