Light and variable trade winds can be expected through Thursday,
with lower shower chances as well across Hawaii. By Friday, a
strong area of high pressure will build well north of the state,
with breezy to locally windy conditions expected through the
weekend and into early next week. This should bring a return to
showery weather across the state, with enhanced rainfall possible
along windward locations, and some lighter spillover into leeward
areas. Trade winds should relax again by later next week as the
high pressure slides eastward.
