A preferred composite of reasonably well clustered guidance from
the models and ensembles shows moderate to breezy trades over the
islands for the next week as surface high pressure bridges to the
north of the state. Generally limited rainfall may focus over
favored windward terrain under ridging aloft, but residual
tropical moisture may work into the southern islands by early next
week as heights fall aloft.
