Models and ensembles reasonably agree in support of moderate to
breezy mean trade flow over the islands for much of the next week
as surface high pressure cells bridge to the north of the state.
Generally limited rainfall may focus over favored windward terrain
under ridging aloft into the weekend, but some tropical moisture
may work more showers into the southern islands by early next
week. Rainfall potential may further increase into next midweek as
heights fall aloft in response to digging upper trough energy and
frontal approach to the lee of a building dateline upper ridge.
