Models and ensembles reasonably agree that deep moisture lingering
over the state today may fuel some local showers, albeit limited
under a suppressing ridge aloft. A drier airmass will spread over
the islands Thu into next week under the ridge. Trades will
refresh as supporting high pressure settles northeast of the state
in a pattern with limited windward terrain focusing showers. This
pattern should persist into early-mid next week. There is then a
marginal guidance signal for disrupting trough development
northwest of the state.
