A favored guidance composite spreads a drier airmass over the
islands through the weekend under an upper ridge. Surface high
pressure settling to the northeast of the state will support
moderate to breezy trades in a pattern with limited windward
terrain focusing showers. Weak trough development just to the west
of the state early-mid next week may allow for modest moisture and
shower return.
