Guidance reasonably agrees that moderate to brisk trades will
prevail for the next week as strong Pacific high pressure settles
to the north then northeast of Hawaii. Showers will focus over
windward/mauka areas, though some rain will work leeward. A
preferred guidance composite shows that enhanced moisture with a
passing upper disturbance will fuel showers today into Friday.
Upper troughing and some tropical moisture may enhance showers
again Tuesday into next Thursday.
