Today's guidance continues to show a moderate to brisk trade wind
pattern through the forecast period with windward/mountain-focused
showers that may occasionally stray to some leeward locations. 
Consensus suggests that the strongest trades will be during the
weekend when the supporting surface high well northeast of the
state is strongest.  Continuity is good with the idea of an area
of enhanced moisture (precipitable water values generally above
1.50 inches) passing through during the latter half of the week. 
An upper level feature crossing the area in this time frame will
also promote increased shower activity.  With typical differences
in specifics there is reasonable agreement that moisture should
decrease somewhat for the weekend and early next week.  As
guidance was starting to hint yesterday, there is a signal for an
upper level weakness to reach the area around next Monday-Tuesday.
 This may lead to a rebound in rainfall but likely to a lesser
degree than expected during the latter half of this week.
