Upper ridging will push across the region from the east to favor a
typical trade pattern with scattered windward/mauka showers.
Around Tue into Wed, a weak upper low will dip toward the islands
which may weaken trades a bit and increase the chance of showers.
Otherwise, guidance shows good agreement on a return to typical
trades and scattered showers as deep moisture and any tropical
development remains farther south and southeast.
