A weakness aloft will slowly move across the area from east to
west through tomorrow, with a slight increase in showers. This low
may settle just to the west of the region as a surge of moisture
lifts in from the southeast (precipitable water values to around 2
inches Wed into Thu for at least the Big Island and into Maui).
Locally modest to perhaps heavier rain is possible as this moves
through. Once this passes through, lower PW values between
1.25-1.50 inches will be common, along with more typical trades as
weak ridging noses in from the northeast. A consensus solution
should suffice.
