Average to above average model agreement is seen in the latest
guidance across Hawaii for next week. High pressure to the north
will strengthen and establish itself, which will provide moderate
trade winds and a relatively dry air mass. A tropical wave is
forecast to pass south of Hawaii early next week and should only
act to tighten the pressure gradient and trade winds. As the high
pressure weakens late in the week, trade winds will relax
subsequently. Precipitation is expected to be average to below
average.
