Model guidance offers good agreement and run to run continuity
this cycle. A relaxing pressure gradient will give way to lighter
trade winds during most of the forecast period and this should
favor normal to slightly below normal precipitation. Expect
continued isolated to scattered showers mainly over windward and
mountain areas in the overnight to early morning hours. Later in
the period, a highly amplified trough axis dips down to around 30N
but sensible weather impacts to Hawaii should be limited.
