A composite of reasonably well clustered guidance shows light to
moderate island trades into Thursday. Below normal moisture favors
mostly light showers, mainly over windward and mountain areas. An
upper weakness over the state and tropical disturbance passage
well to the south may allow some deeper moisture skirt the islands
Friday into Saturday as trades gradually increase. High pressure
building to the northeast of the state may strengthen trades next
week in a pattern with modest windward showers.
