Upper ridging will remain over the region or most of this week,
focused to the northwest and northeast of the area. With deeper
moisture confined to near the ITCZ, expect modest trades (at times
a bit breezier as surface high pressure moves by) and light to
moderate windward/mauka showers, enhanced just a bit as pockets of
higher moisture move through.  A trough will dig well north of the
area by next weekend.
