Guidance solutions remain fairly well clustered and agree that
high pressure cells bridging to the north then northeast of the
state will support brisk island trades this weekend before
transitioning to near moderate levels next week. The passage of
several upper impulses will act upon lingering island moisture to
support daily showers, mainly for windward terrain/Mauna areas.
There also remains a good guidance signal that an amplified upper
trough should force a trailing cold front with pooled moisture and
enhanced showers/convection increasingly toward the western
islands by late next week.
