...Wet pattern to develop this week...

Weakened trades should linger today. However, a favored model and
ensemble composite for the rest of this week shows building/veered
trades as high pressure bridges from the north to the northeast of
the state. This pattern would bring an increasing chance to tap
deeper moisture as favorable upper troughing develops over the
islands in a potentially much wetter pattern, especially with the
deepest moisture over the southern islands by later this week.
