Latest models and ensembles reasonably agree that high pressure
bridging to the northeast of the state will support brisk island
trades this week in a mainly windward terrain/mountain shower
focusing pattern. Moisture and rainfall seems modest, but deeper
tropical moisture and showers may return to the Big Island by
early next week in a pattern with more moderate trades under a
weakness aloft.
