Weaker trades will pick up again after Tuesday, promoting only
scattered windward/mauka showers. Some instability may increase by
Tuesday across the islands as an upper low passes by well to the
northeast of the area. By later in the week, heights will build
both to the west and east of the region, keeping the state in weak
upper troughing but in a typical trade wind shower regime. Heights
may finally rise past 588dm early next week per the ensembles. A
model/ensemble blend should suffice given good synoptic agreement.
