Southerly winds ahead of a cold front well to the north of Hawaii
should shift back easterly by mid week as high pressure builds
north of the islands. The guidance shows very good agreement that
this general pattern should hold for at least the next week. This
would support moderate to breezy trade winds and stable/dry
conditions across Hawaii, with any scattered sea breeze driven
afternoon showers tending to favor the leeward and interior
sections.
