Latest models and ensembles still reasonably agree that high
pressure settled to the northeast of the state will favor varying
but overall moderate mean trades for the next week. The pattern
should focus daily shower potential over windward
terrain/mountains and moisture pooling underneath a mean weakness
over the islands may fuel some heavy downpours into next week.
