A shortwave trough will progress westward across the region early
on then give way to a relatively benign stretch of weather as
surface high pressure and upper level ridging builds in. By late
in the weekend and into early next week, another inverted trough
will pass south of the Islands, which may bring an increase in
moisture and lift with higher chances of rainfall. Aside from
that, easterly flow on the order of 15 to 20 mph can be expected
much of the week/weekend with windward showers.
