Latest guidance continues to agree that high pressure building to
the north of the state will strengthen island trades from
moderate/locally breezy to brisk/gusty levels by later week. The
flow favors rain chances for windward areas across the islands
over this period under a mean upper trough/weakness in a pattern
whose local shower enhancing pooled moisture and instability into
midweek will likely be reduced later week into next.
