The upper ridge over the state erodes as uncertain weaknesses work
aloft. Models and ensembles reasonably agree that deeper shower
fueling moisture may be drawn into the islands by the weekend and
into next week as trades back to the southeast in response to
ample upper troughing set to dig just to the northwest then west
of the islands. A favored guidance composite ushers in a much
wetter period over the state next week.
