Trades will become disrupted again early this week as a system
well to the north brings a cold front towards Hawaii. The guidance
keeps the bulk of the precipitation north of the islands, though
some showers may clip Oahu and Kauai. This low should weaken and
lift north by the middle of next week as upper ridging and more
zonal flow builds back in over Hawaii. Moderate to breezy trade
winds will return and last through at least next weekend with
stable conditions expected and typical local showers for windward
locations.
