Moderate to breezy trade winds return by Wednesday as a cold front
weakens over Kauai and surface high pressure builds north of the
region. For the most part, this should keep the overall pattern
fairly stable and dry over the next week for Hawaii. The exception
may be some instability associated with a passing upper trough to
the east, enhancing thunderstorm activity some over the Big Island
the next few days.
