A favored composite of reasonably clustered guidance indicates
that strong high pressure bridging to the north of the state will
ramp trades to brisker levels through early week as uncertain
upper impulses settle just to the west of the islands. This may
act to bring some deeper moisture into the islands in a pattern
with increased rainfall potential over favored windward/mountain
terrain. Later, amplified upper trough and system passage to the
north of the state through next midweek may disrupt trades as a
trailing and rainfall focusing front tries to approach the islands
from the northwest.
