00Z model preferences with confidence intervals

NAM/GFS initialization errors do not seem to degrade their short
range forecasts.


Trough moving through West into the Plains/Great Lakes
Trough moving through the East
Low moving through the Southeast/Western Atlantic

The guidance shows better agreement with these systems.  A
compromise of the 00z Canadian, 00z UKMET, 00z GFS, 00z NAM, and
00z ECMWF should deal with any residual depth and timing issues,
which is preferred with above average confidence.
