00Z Model Preferences With Confidence Intervals

Outside of the 00z Canadian's behavior with a deep layer cyclone
crossing south-central Canada Tuesday into Wednesday, the guidance
shows very good agreement mass field-wise.  A compromise of the
00z UKMET, 00z ECMWF, 00z GFS, and 00z NAM is advised with above
average confidence.
