extra-tropical low will move into Missouri this evening/overnight,
spreading across the Middle Mississippi into the Ohio Valleys
through the weekend...

Flash Flood Watches along with scattered Flash Flood and Flood
Warnings are in effect for portions of the Lower and Middle
Mississippi Valley and into the Ohio Valley.
