At 100 PM PDT...the remnant surface low of Rosa was located in the

located over northeastern Arizona moving northeastward toward the
central Rockies. National Weather Service radars showed light to

and western Colorado tied directly with the remnants of Rosa.
Meanwhile, isolated to scattered thunderstorms were located across
other parts of the Southwest and Great Basin, partially fueled by

Over the next 12-24 hours, the remnants of Rosa will continue to
weaken as they advance off toward the central Rockies. Additional
rainfall of up to an inch, locally higher in areas of mountainous
terrain, can be expected through Wednesday morning for portions of
Arizona into the Four Corners region. However, given heavy rain
over the past 2 days across Arizona and anomalous moisture in
place over the Southwest, a Moderate Risk of excessive rainfall
remains over central Arizona with a Slight Risk over the rest of
Arizona into portions of the Great Basin.

The next storm summary will be issued by the Weather Prediction
Center at 800 PM PDT. Please refer to your local National Weather
Service office for additional information on this event.
