Storm Summary Number 7 for Heavy Rainfall Associated with Rosa

...Remnants of Rosa being absorbed by a large scale upper-level
trough...

Flash flood warnings, flood warnings and advisories are in effect
for parts of central and southern Arizona

Flash flood watches remain in effect over central and southern
Arizona, much of Utah, and into parts of eastern Nevada.

At 100 AM PDT...The remnants of Rosa were being absorbed ahead of
a large-scale upper-level trough currently developing off the
California coast.  National Weather Service radars showed that
showers and thunderstorms associated with the remnants of Rosa
continued to become less extensive across the Desert Southwest
into the Great Basin since yesterday afternoon.  Only some showers
and embedded thunderstorms remained over central Arizona that
could be attributed to Rosa's remnants.

Over the next couple of days, a large scale upper-level trough
moving onshore will become the dominant feature to bring more
showers and thunderstorms across the southwestern U.S. where an
additional inch of rainfall can be expected.  Meanwhile, rainfall
directly associated with Rosa has come to an end.
