The low pressure system over the Great Lakes is expected to race
northeastward into southeastern Canada today, bringing the snow
across the Upper Midwest and the Great Lakes to an end by this
afternoon. Meanwhile, the snow across central New England is
expected to change over to mixed precipitation by this afternoon
and into the evening. Mostly snow is expected for northern
England through tonight. Up to 6 inches of new snow is possible
across northern New England before the snow tapers off to flurries
by Monday morning.

The next storm summary will be issued by the Weather Prediction
Center at 500 PM EDT. Please refer to your local National Weather
Service office for additional information on this event.
