western Montana through Sunday afternoon with locally higher

4-8 inches of snow is expected to accumulate through late Sunday.
Parts of the Cascades will also receive 5-10 inches of snow while
portions of the northern Sierra Nevada will pick up several inches
on average with locally higher amounts possible. Strong wind gusts
will also lead to blowing snow and snow drifts.

The next Storm Summary will be issued by the Weather Prediction
Center at 900 PM MDT. Please refer to your local National Weather
Service office for additional information on this event.
