The low pressure system near the Colorado-Kansas border is
expected to move east-southeast and slowly weaken this evening.
However, moderate snow and gusty winds are forecast to continue
across portions of the central High Plains into central Nebraska
before ending late tonight. Additional snowfall amounts of 2 to 4
inches are possible, with higher amounts likely in the central
Rockies. Meanwhile, a separate low pressure center over the
Midwest is expected to strengthen and become the primary low
tonight. Light snow can be expected across the Upper Midwest and
Upper Great Lakes as a result.

The next Storm Summary will be issued by the Weather Prediction
Center at 1000 PM CDT. Please refer to your local National Weather
Service office for additional information on this event.
