At 900 AM CDT...A low pressure center was located over southwest
Quebec. A cold front extended southeast across the Ohio and Lower
Mississippi valleys until reaching southern Texas. National
Weather Service radar and surface observations indicated light
snow coming to an end across the Upper Great Lakes, with scattered
showers and thunderstorms ahead of the cold front.
