as low pressure crosses into Canada...

At 1000 AM EDT...An area of low pressure was analyzed over
Southern Manitoba, continuting a northeast track. An occluded
front extended southeast out of the low center, connecting to a
triple point over Lake Superior. Moderate to fresh winds were
reported over portions of the Dakotas and Minnesota.
