central-Upstate New York as the low lifts north into Quebec
tonight. Limited overall winter storm impacts are expected with
this activity, per the WPC WSSI. Meanwhile, isolated instances of
flash flooding are possible along the north-central Maine coast
today where a Marginal Risk of excessive rainfall is in effect. In
the wake of the storm, cool high pressure will support chilly
temperatures through Thursday over the Ohio Valley eastward, where
scattered Freeze Warnings are in effect.

The next Storm Summary will be issued by the Weather Prediction
Center at 1100 PM EST. Please refer to your local National Weather
Service office for additional information on this event.
