...Light snow over southeastern New England continues to taper off
as the winter storm system moves further into the Atlantic...

Coastal Flood Warnings and Advisories are in effect along the
Atlantic Coast from New Jersey south through the Delmarva
Peninsula and southeastern Virginia.

At 900 PM EST...A low pressure center was analyzed off the
Mid-Atlantic Coast about 300 miles east of Ocean City, Maryland
with a minimum central pressure of 994 mb, or 29.35 inches of
mercury. An occluded front extended to the northeast to another
area of low pressure, with a minimum central pressure of 993 mb,
or 29.32 inches of mercury. A warm front extended to the
east-northeast, with a trailing cold front extending south and
then southwest back towards the Florida Straights and Cuba.
Doppler radar indicated a broad area of snow continuing to the
northwest of the system over the open Atlantic, with some portions
of far southeast New England seeing the last of this light snow as
it moved to the east.

As the storm system continues into the open Atlantic, the
lingering light snow over southeastern New England will end
concluding all winter weather impacts from this system.
