At 1000 PM EDT...Ophelia's remnant circulation and associated
fronts continue an eastward track into the western Atlantic.
Latest surface observations and regional radar mosaic depict a
pocket of locally moderate rainfall north of the low across
southern New England.

Ophelia's remnant circulation meanders eastward into the western
Atlantic. No excessive rainfall threat is anticipated with this
lingering activity.
