...An atomspheric river is causing heavy rainfall across
Washington, Oregon and into Idaho and Montana...

Flood Warnings are in effect for for multiple streams in
Washington and Oregon.

A Flood Watch in is effect for the Olympics and Cascades of
Washington and Oregon and for portions of northeast Washington,
northern Idaho and northwest Montana.

Coastal Flood Advisories are in effect for Washington and Oregon.

At 300 PM EST...Stratiform rainfall is expanding across much of
western Washington along and south of slow moving front draped
over the Pacific Ocean and near the Washington/British Columbia
border. The atmospheric river is tapping into tropical mositure
from near Hawaii which is causing local enhancements, especially
near the higher terrain.

to widespread heavy rain from the Pacific Northwest eastward to
the portions of Idaho and western Montana through Thursday.
Moderate to major flooding to continue through at least Thursday.
