Flood Warnings and Flash Flood Watches are in effect through
Friday evening for for multiple streams and rivers in western
Washington, northern Idaho, and northwestern Montana.
A Flash Flood Watch is in effect for northern portions of the
Puget Lowland.

At 600 AM PST...Surface observations showed the heavy rain over
the Northwest has come to and end. Mosaic radar and surface
observations depicted mostly light rainfall lingering across
