The surface low pressure circulation will continue moving
northeastward, exiting the Great Lakes region and entering Canada
overnight tonight. As such, wintry precipitation will continue to
dwindle across the Upper Midwest and Great Lakes, with light to
moderate precipitation expected in northern Minnesota and the
Upper Peninsula of Michigan through the night. Remnant
precipitation is possible after the exit of the system as surface
troughs trail in behind. Further east, an expansive cold front
associated with the system will continue eastward through the
eastern U.S., bringing showers and thunderstorms from New England
to the Southeast.

The next Storm Summary will be issued by the Weather Prediction
Center at 1000 AM CDT. Please refer to your local National Weather
Service office for additional information on this event.
