Storm Summaries for Tropical Depression "Nora"
When
the National Hurricane Center drops responsibility for a tropical system
after it makes landfall, The Hydrometeorological Prediction Center takes
responsibility for issuing storm summaries. Storm summaries are now issued
four times a day.
