Remains of Sebastien - October 24-26, 1995
A tropical storm northeast of the Lesser Antilles, upper level
southwesterly winds were shearing storms to the
northeast of the center. Sebastian weakened into a tropical
depression as it moved under an upper level cyclone,
and it dissipated near St. Croix. Light rains were experienced
across northern Puerto Rico as it passed by to the
