Tropical Depression #4 - August 4-6, 1986

A convective complex sputtered in the western Gulf of Mexico beginning on the 4th, becoming organized
enough to become a tropical depression on the 5th.  The system then moved slowly northwest into southern
Texas and quickly dissipated.  On the graphic below is the storm total rainfall for the depression...data
