LAST OF A SERIES OF PACIFIC LOWS MOVES INLAND THURSDAY NIGHT.
ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE OVER
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. CENTRAL ARIZONA AND SOUTHWARD INTO MEXICO
COULD SEE AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION.
SIGNIFICANT FLOODING AND MUDSLIDES HAVE ALREADY BEEN REPORTED IN
PARTS OF CALIFORNIA AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE A THREAT ON FRIDAY.
HEAVY SNOW AND GUSTY WINDS WILL THREATEN THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS OF
THE FOUR CORNER STATES.
